Hi, I'm Bianca, founder and lead bartender behind Pour Decisions TX Bar Co., a Texas-based mobile bartending service created to bring elegance, fun and unforgettable drinks to every celebration.

I actually started my journey in the catering industry, where I fell in love with the energy of events, the art of service, and the joy of helping people celebrate life's best moments. That experience sparked my passion for hospitality and eventually inspired me to launch Pour Decisions TX Bar Co.

With a background in dentistry, I've developed a sharp eye for detail, a skill that now translates beautifully behind the bar. What began as a love for crafting cocktails quickly grew into a calling, creating experiences that bring people together, one pour (or pour decision) at a time.

Outside of the bar, I'm a big gym enthusiast. Staying active keeps me energized and ready to tackle every event with focus and excitement.
